Zotniq is a data governance product. How we handle your data is the product. Here is our current position, in plain English.

• On-device inspection.

  Our agent inspects prompts on the endpoint. Prompt content stays local unless your rule allows it to be sent.

• No training on your data without your consent.

  By default we do not train AI models on your prompt content. Any future learning happens only with your express, revocable consent.

• Website analytics can be disabled.

  Google Analytics is enabled by default. We use it to measure public-page visits, calls to action, and successful lead submissions. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, company names, or message text to Analytics. You can turn analytics off at any time from Analytics preferences in the footer.

• Our detection model is proprietary and pre-trained.

  It ships to the endpoint trained on synthetic and public data. It does not learn from your prompts unless you opt in.

• Sub-processors are published.

  The current list is on our Trust page. We give 30 days' notice before adding or changing one.

• DPA and BAA available.

  For customers processing EU or UK personal data, or for healthcare customers under HIPAA. Contact us.

• Your rights are real.

  Access, correction, deletion, portability. Email privacy@zotniq.ai and we respond within 30 days.
